I have frequently engaged the services of Computer SOS for almost six years. During a time when I owned a consulting practice I recommended Tim Stives and his company to several clients. Several of my clients had service/equipment issues but the majority of them needed the services of an applications and web design company that could work closely with them to create the perfect site for their businesses. These clients ranged in services from a national construction firm, to an international office accessory manufacturer, to small business clients. All of my clients were impressed by the hands-on approach Tim demonstrated. He treated each client as if they were the only customer he was servicing when he provided services to them. I currently have included Computer SOS in several multi million dollar projects I am involved with. I have partnered with Tim Stives and Computer SOS for the past three years on a variety of projects. During that time I have found both Tim and his organization to be exceptional in terms of expertise, creativity and service. Our office, Special Events/University at Buffalo, handles 40+ major academic conferences a year ranging from simple high speed nametag generation to extremely complex web based registration programs. In an effort to evolve our service capabilities, we turned to ComputerSOS to develop high end software to assist us with conference management and registration. Many of our events are logistically difficult and labor intensive to say the least. This product allowed us to perform our tasks faster and cheaper, reducing labor costs and increasing our profit margin. The diversity of our programs required continual changes in the original plan and all had oppressively short deadlines for implementation. The entire team at ComputerSOS from the receptionist to the software developers continually performed their duties above and beyond expectations. During each segment of our software design and development we were greeted with a smile, a willingness to answer questions and most importantly solutions.
